Previous Developments

The beauty of new build housing is the flexibility to design something which perfectly fits the market. We can create bespoke properties and schemes which meet the requirements of buyers, while also fitting sympathetically with existing housing and complementing the local surroundings. After all a Kyme Homes house is built to last. Another benefit of new build housing is the opportunity to involve home buyers in the scheme, so they can impart their requirements on some finishing touches. We will always offer buyers customer choices and extras on new build houses and welcome their input in to that part of the build process.

Please see below some examples of recent developments.

Hill Top Grove, Meanwood, Leeds

Accessed via a private driveway off Parkside Road on the edge of Meanwood Park, this exclusive development of just two contemporary energy efficient homes, Hill Top Grove presented a ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity to own a new build home in a truly unique setting.

Arranged across three floors and offering spacious accommodation of over 2,500 sq ft, each property was built to our very high specifications. Comprising five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining/living space, a formal lounge, study/reception room, utility, and cloakroom/WC on the ground floor. Each house benefited from a detached double garage and private landscaped gardens, connected to the dining/living area by a large bi-folding door.

Energy saving features came as standard within these homes, with air source heat pumps, solar panels, electric car chargers and a modern thermally efficient design all helping to reduce the household running costs. Part of the reason that this development was shortlisted in the Best Small Development category at The Yorkshires - Residential Real Estate Awards 2024.

Brooklands Court, Leeds

A single pair of semi-detached houses close to local schools and amenities, ideally suited to first time buyers or growing families. Both properties were sold without any advertising through our good relationship with the local agent and their contacts within the area.

Built to the usual high quality Kyme Homes standard, each house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 private off-street car parking spaces and attractive west facing gardens.

Meadow Croft, Mill Lane, Camblesforth

Five individually designed four-bedroom detached homes, set in a secluded former meadow. Each modern, energy efficient home was built with an air source heat pump as part of the design to maximise energy efficiency and reduce running costs, providing modern family homes in a more rural location.

Walker’s Yard, Meanwood Road, Leeds

A superb development of seven properties situated within the Leeds suburb of Meanwood. Walker’s Yard was carefully designed to meet various occupying needs from first time buyers to those moving up the property ladder or downsizing.

The Old Piggeries, Wighill

Two luxurious and individual four-bedroom detached houses set within their own mature plots, in a picturesque North Yorkshire village providing substantial living accommodation and easy access to the immediate countryside and nearby towns.

Abbey Court, York

A new build development of four individual four-bedroom detached executive homes which combined generous and versatile living spaces with a stunning internal specification all within close proximity to one of the countries great cities making them extremely attractive to a broad range of buyers.

The video of the completed site incorporates the original architects impressions. Here at Kyme Homes we really do deliver on our visions.

Copper Plum Row, Tadcaster

Four three-bedroom two bathroom semi-detached homes, which offered the perfect living space for growing families and down-sizers in equal measure. Overlooking open farmland and within walking distance of the town centre and its amenities these modern homes proved to be hugely popular.
